1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Manasati (منصاتي), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Manasati is owned and operated by Deerah Tech.

Creating an account or signing in through a third-party provider such as Google constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the Privacy Policy, exactly as if you had accepted them when registering with an email address and password.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the platform, and you must provide accurate, current information when registering.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must confirm your email to activate the account. Your profile name is unique, and certain names are reserved.

You have no ownership rights in a profile name. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to reserve, change, reassign, or reclaim any profile name — including brand, trademark, official, or names that infringe the rights of others or these Terms — or to assign it to its rightful holder. Some profile names may be locked or administrator-managed and cannot be changed by you.

Each account is tied to a single email address. If you sign in with Google using an email that is already registered, both sign-in methods are linked to the same account — a second account is not created.

Managers: on the Business plan you may invite a limited number of users to help manage your page. A manager may edit only the page’s content, links, images and appearance. They cannot change the page name, type or country, and have no access to your subscription, billing, or to managing other managers. You, as the page owner, remain responsible for everything published on your page, including anything published by your managers. You may remove a manager at any time, and a manager may leave at any time. All manager access stops automatically if the Business subscription ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose, not to impersonate others, and not to publish links to infringing, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any profile or link that violates these Terms.

5. Content & Links

You own the content you add and are solely responsible for it and for the links you publish. You grant us a limited license to display that content on your public page.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Manasati offers a free plan and paid plans. Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective per your plan. Payments and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published on the platform.

All payments are processed by Tap Payments, a licensed payment service provider. Your card details never reach our servers at any point.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the published price, charged to your saved card, until you turn off auto-renewal from the Subscriptions page. When you do, your subscription continues to the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing paid for is taken away.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry up to three times and notify you by email each time. Your access continues during that retry window; if payment still fails, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan.

You may switch between paid plans at any time, either immediately or at your next renewal, and a scheduled change can be cancelled before it takes effect. Upgrading immediately charges the full price of the new plan, and the value of the time remaining on your current plan is credited as additional days on the new plan at its own rate, so nothing you have paid for is lost. Switching to a cheaper plan immediately ends your current plan at that moment: the remaining time is neither refunded nor credited, and returning to the higher plan later is a new charge at the full price.

If the new plan allows fewer links, the extra links stop being shown on your page but are not deleted; you can choose which ones appear from your page editor.

The verified badge is purchased separately but depends on the plan: it is shown while you hold an active paid plan, and stops being shown when the plan ends. Badge time you have paid for is not lost — if you subscribe to a paid plan again, the badge returns for whatever remains of the period you paid for.

7. Intellectual Property

The Manasati name, logo, and platform design are owned by Deerah Tech and may not be used without permission.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the manage page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to you, to suspend or delete your account, change or reclaim your profile name, or remove any content — for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, impersonation, trademark or rights claims, unlawful or fraudulent activity, or to protect the platform or its users. Account deletion may result in the permanent loss of your data, profile, and name.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for external content reached through links, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
